Christmas retreat at the chalet
At the end of the year, we go out into nature for a few days at a small retreat in a chalet and celebrate the Christmas holidays. A variety of activities are organized by our social club. The goal? To simply hang out and consolidate the links between us.
This year, it’s to Val-des-Lacs that the whole team went to party! The chalet was perfectly equipped, and made for a very good stay.
As always, some find a way to exploit the facilities. Our very own big and bold Charles, a die-hard fan of hydrotherapy, enjoyed a few dives in the snow wearing nothing but his swimming trunks. Another favorite of ours was the crazy carpet slide. No need to bring yours along, our host made some available! Some went wild and felt like children again... others discovered where some of their bones were... Sorry Deven :(
A Christmas party cannot be a success without a classic Secret Santa! Everyone finds a personalized gift for one of their colleagues, we wait impatiently to receive our gifts, we open them, we laugh. Unfortunately, Louise was not as lucky as everyone else this year. While Deven (his coccyx in pain) received 2 gifts, Louise was left empty-handed.
Indeed, Jeff being somewhat in a hurry misunderstood that it was Louise's name he had drawn, and not Deven's. It still made everyone laugh (except Louise).
