An office full of colors
With the change of seasons, the outdoor landscape changes a lot. At Locomotive, we believe it is important to also change the interior decor of our workplace. That's why the office adapts to the rhythm of the seasons. Every year, in October, to celebrate Halloween, spider webs, pumpkins and skeletons make their entrance! In December, it's time for lights, Christmas trees and snowflakes. Even employees are invited to join the festivities and decorate their own workspace.
But why take the time to decorate the office?
Well, we believe that these holidays are the perfect opportunity to have fun and lighten our daily routine. These fun little moments help to strengthen the bonds between colleagues, creating better group dynamics and a motivating work environment. A touch of decoration can really create a warm and pleasant environment for employees and clients, without losing sight of the fact that it is a professional workplace.
Celebrating Halloween at the office is also an opportunity for everyone to dress up and eat way too much candy! The month of December and the Christmas celebrations bring a little joy and cheerfulness to our daily lives with an advent calendar and some beautiful lights.
